The Pakora Bar is a family run business founded by three brothers, all local to Edinburgh. They had a vision for years to bring their head chef mother’s phenomenal pakoras and curries to the city center. This was her dream come true.

Their journey began with a 12ft mobile kitchen, travelling to various events such as T in the Park, the Royal Highland Show, the Fringe Festival, and many more. Their pakoras became so popular that they knew they had to make the move to the city center, opening up on Hanover Street. Now, their dream continues with the opening of their new street food restaurant on Holyrood.
